Founded with a narrow brief
gantwellm was established in Hong Kong by a group of practitioners who had spent years inside larger consultancies and came to a shared conclusion: the most useful work happens when advisers know a domain well, stay engaged personally, and are frank about what they don't know.
The practice was deliberately kept small. We work across three service areas โ distribution strategy, family office advisory, and lean operations โ and we do not take on work outside those boundaries. This is not a limitation; it is a deliberate choice to remain genuinely capable in the areas where we offer counsel.
Our clients are typically mid-sized businesses and family-owned enterprises operating in Hong Kong and across Greater China, at moments when they need outside perspective to move a decision forward or restructure an approach that is no longer serving them.
